| Quick Poll FAQ Step 1. Login or sign up to 5hare. Step 2. Follow the "Quick Poll" link located on the top right hand navigation bar or the left hand navigation bar as shown below. Step 3. Click on the link "SUBMIT A QUICKPOLL" located on the main body. Step 4. Enter the question and choose the type of answers required. If the multiple choice option is selected, you can enter up to 7 different responses. Step 5. From the drop down menu, choose the survey quota and pricing. Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund once your payment has been processed. If your "Quick Poll" is not approved, you will be given the opportunity to edit and re-submit the question and answers. If you quick poll has been denied 3 times, one of our customer service staff will contact you via email. Due to the age of some of our users, some questions may not be deemed appropriate. 5hare will endeavour to publish all "Quick Polls" submitted provided we do not consider it inappropriate. Step 6. If a payment is required, please "Add to Cart" which will take you to the PayPal site to process your payment. To learn more about PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.
Step 7. Once the payment has been processed, a receipt will be sent to your email address. Please allow on average 48 hours for your Quick Poll to be assessed for approval. An email will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed. Step 8. An email will be sent automatically notifying you that your Quick Poll has been approved or requires editing. Step 9. Go to "My 5hare" and click on the "View Polls" link to view the status and results of your "Quick Poll". You can also edit your "Quick Poll" here.
Step 10. If you want to remove a particular "Quick Poll" record from your results page, simply click on the "remove" link for that particular "Quick Poll" |
